Important: By booking a stay with Pocono Lake Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Pocono Lake Rentals.
- A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Rates are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation terms vary by property and season. Specific cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Standard check-in time is 5:00 PM.
- Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.
4. House Rules
- Guests must respect quiet hours and neighborhood guidelines.
- No smoking inside any of our properties.
- Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly properties and with prior approval.
- Maximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times.
- Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
5. Liability
Pocono Lake Rentals is not liable for:
- Personal injury, accidents, or loss of personal property during your stay
- Injuries related to the use of amenities including hot tubs, fire pits, kayaks, canoes, or lake access
- Disruptions due to weather, natural disasters, or events beyond our control
6. Use of Amenities
- Use of hot tubs, saunas, fire pits, kayaks, canoes, and other recreational amenities is at your own risk.
- Children must be supervised at all times, especially near water and recreational equipment.
- Guests must follow all posted safety guidelines and instructions.
7. Direct Booking
When you book directly with Pocono Lake Rentals (not through third-party platforms), additional terms may apply. Direct bookings allow us to communicate directly with you regarding property details, check-in instructions, and any special arrangements for your stay.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
