3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Pocono Rentals LLC, and anyone involved in administering the promotion, are not eligible.
4. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
5. Promotion Period
Unless otherwise stated on the entry page or promotional announcement, the promotion begins when posted and continues until withdrawn or replaced by Sponsor. Sponsor may designate separate entry periods, drawing dates, or recurring giveaways in the related form, landing page, or announcement.
6. How to Enter
Eligible individuals may enter by submitting the requested information through the website form, sign-up form, or other entry method designated by Sponsor. Limit one entry per person per promotion period unless Sponsor states otherwise.
7. Alternate Method of Entry
To enter without signing up for marketing emails, send your full name, email address, phone number, and the statement “$500 Pocono Booking Entry” to contact@poconorentals.us during the applicable promotion period. Entries submitted by alternate method will be treated the same as other eligible entries.
8. Prize
One winner will receive a promotional credit of up to $500 to be applied toward a qualifying future direct booking with Pocono Rentals LLC, subject to availability, blackout dates, minimum stay requirements, and property rules. The prize is promotional only, is not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and may not be transferred, assigned, or combined with other offers unless Sponsor approves otherwise.
9. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from eligible entries received during the applicable promotion period. Sponsor will attempt to notify the winner using the contact information submitted with the entry. If a selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 72 hours, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
10. Booking Conditions
- The promotional credit applies only to direct bookings made with Pocono Rentals LLC.
- The credit cannot be applied retroactively to an existing reservation unless Sponsor agrees in writing.
- The reservation remains subject to availability, minimum-stay rules, taxes, fees, house rules, and the applicable rental agreement or booking terms.
- If the stay total is less than $500, any unused portion is forfeited unless Sponsor states otherwise.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
12. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the promotion is subject to our Privacy Policy.
13. Disqualification
Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, uses automated methods, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
14. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Pocono Rentals LLC and its owners, agents, and service providers from claims arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
15. Right to Modify or Cancel
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical issues, legal concerns, force majeure, or other circumstances impair the integrity or administration of the promotion.
16. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by Pennsylvania law, except where another law must apply.
17. Winner List
To request the first name, last initial, city, and state of a winner, send an email to contact@poconorentals.us with the subject line “Promotion Winner Request” within 60 days after the applicable drawing.
