The Space

We can accommodate up to 5 vehicles at the home. These are the rules set by the township. Please read all directions before booking this home.

We do not offer Saturday check-in or check-out; therefore, Saturdays might appear as blocked on the calendar.

This lovely abode boasts a breathtaking living area complete with high ceilings, expansive windows, and even a cozy wood-burning fireplace. The deck provides a picturesque view of the serene lake, and the private hot tub for up to 7 people is sure to be a hit. Plus, with a game room equipped with a pool, ping pong, and Foosball tables, there's endless entertainment for all to enjoy.

This home features a large main bedroom on the main floor with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a baby crib. The main floor has a second bedroom great for kids, featuring two bunk beds, toys, and a TV. The lower level includes two other large bedrooms and a full bathroom. The kitchen on the main floor is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, spices, and includes a propane tank for the outdoor grill. Linens and towels are provided, along with free WiFi and Smart TV.

Our lakefront house is located in the heart of the Poconos, offering a gorgeous view of the lake and all the amenities you could want. You’ll love swimming in the lake, kayaking, visiting the community lake beach, or enjoying the community pool. There's something for everyone—basketball, tennis courts, and a playground for the youngest guests. For those staying in, you’ll love the stunning lake views, watching wildlife from the deck, playing in the game room, or relaxing by the fireplace.

Additional Information:

Short-term rental limit: Up to 10 people and 5 cars (not applicable for 30+ day rentals).

Pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day): 10 pool passes are provided, with a $75 fee for any lost passes. The community may close the pools due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, but we will communicate any issues as soon as possible.

• 30+ days tenant is required to sign a month-to-month lease which will be registered with Penn Estate Community.
• 30+ days tenants need to provide rental insurance before moving in if not covered by Airbnb insurance.
• Tenant 30+ days responsible for the electrical bill.
• No discounts apply to Holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day).
• Guests registering with the community within 72 hours before check-in are subject to the community's late registration fee.
• Pool passes are available at the administration office for an additional fee. For 30+ days residence, pool & gym access are included with the lease. Gym is only available for 30+ days rentals.
• House occupancy is restricted to 10 people and four cars if rented for less than 30 days due to a short-term rental township permit. No restrictions if renting for 30+ days.
• We have a 36k AC/heat pump system and window AC.
• The house is located in a wooded area, and we cannot control leaves, branches, rocks, grass growth, etc. If you prefer a backyard with trimmed grass, there may be better houses than this one. However, we guarantee the house and hot tubs are clean inside, and the house is surrounded by nature.
• Guests had an accident with the cooking top. It is working but scratched. We are aware of it and are working with Airbnb Insurance to resolve the situation.

Additional Rules

• The washer and dryer on the premises are designated for use by our cleaning crew only.
• Please note that we do not provide laundry detergent for guest use.
• Guests are responsible for snow removal during their stay, including walkways, driveways, and necessary areas for safe access.
• Hosts are responsible for ensuring that snow is cleared before guests arrive. However, guests are responsible for maintaining clear pathways during their stay.
• Snow removal tools or equipment are provided, but failure to comply with snow removal responsibilities may result in penalties or additional charges as outlined in Airbnb's terms of service.
